I am not perfect

Hello, I'm Jessa.You know, I'm not "perfect." I may not have the best grades, or the best classes in the world. Yeah, I'm average in school. I get distracted easily. I get mad easily, and most of the times I don't show it. At home I do. To my parents, and my brother. I mean, I don't mean to... Again I say, I'm not perfect.

Nobody in this world can stand up on a pedestal and proclaim that he is "perfect." Only ONE can do that; and He is not of this world. It is because of Him I can say, "I strive to be perfect, no matter how imperfect I am." Because it says in Matthew 5:48 "Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect." God didn't create us to be, "robots" where we automatically choose to "love" Him. He wants us to make that decision on our own. Sometimes we begin to question, "Why does God allow suffering?"

First, It's because we need suffering in order to grow, In order to learn from our mistakes. Our trials and persecutions are more reasons to seek God, to want God, to fall deeply in Love with God. To reDISCOVER God, over and over again. I'm not perfect; but I believe in a PERFECT GOD. He's here. He's real. AND HE LOVES YOU.

John 3:16-1816"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.[b]
